New training in Pagosa Springs Sept 5-7

Do you have a love for nature that you want to share with others? Do you want hands-on experience in environmental education? If you live near Pagosa Springs, Colorado, we have a great volunteer opportunity for you!

Audubon Rockies's Community Naturalist program has served southwest Colorado at Four Mile Ranch for over 10 years. There, Community Naturalist Keith Bruno and a team of volunteer educators provide place-based environmental education programs to kindergarten—4th grade students of Pagosa Springs year round. Our goal is to forge deep connections with nature through exploration.

We couldn't do this work without our team of volunteers. Now's your chance to join us! On September 5—7 we're holding a free volunteer training. Training on Sept 5 will take place from 9 a.m.—12 p.m. at theTown of Pagosa Springs Ross Aragon Community Center in the West Conference Room. Training will continue on Sept 6—7 from 9 a.m.—3 p.m. at Four Mile Ranch.
