Audubon Afterschool

Registration for virtual education programs for kids is now open.

We’re excited to continue our youth virtual learning opportunities this fall with Audubon Afterschool! Kids between the ages 7-11 years-old are welcome to join our Community Naturalists to learn about nature in monthly virtual sessions. Each hands-on, interactive program will include an activity kit mailed right to your home. Registration is $15 per camper. Up to two campers may join per computer.

Ever wondered how resident birds and other animals survive the cold temperatures and deep snows of a Rocky Mountain winter? We’ll start by looking at a number of different types of snow crystals. Then, we’ll examine some of the methods animals use to stay warm when snow blankets the ground! December 3 is the last day to register. Register
