Southwest Utah is known for its red rock desert and steep canyons carved by dynamic rivers. More than four million visitors come annually to see the spectacular beauty of Zion National Park and the surrounding area. But what is not so commonly known is the variety of birds that can be found in Greater Zion. This unique area is a convergence of geological features that bring the desert to life with amazing avian diversity (400+ identified species).
